The Tilta Handheld Support System for DJI Mavic 4 Pro is claimed to allow you to transform your drone into a fully functional handheld camera rig.
Just how well the solution works in the real world would be interesting to see. Drones can get very hot when they are not flying, and I am not sure how long you could use them for in a configuration like this. It is probably best to think of it as a solution that is in-between a gimbal and a Ronin 4D.
The whole concept behind the product is to increase its versatility so that it can be used on the ground as well as in the sky. This concept is not a new one, and people have been using drones on the ground for as long as they have existed. You might well remember the short film The Circle, which was shot entirely on the DJI Inspire 2.
Above, you can see The Circle and a BTS of how it was done.

Back in 2017, I also reported on a product from DX.com where you could turn a DJI Phantom 3 into a handheld gimbal.
Tilta states that the Handheld Support System for DJI Mavic 4 Pro is a good option for filmmakers, content creators, and production teams on the go.
The Handheld Support System features a custom-designed camera cage that is said to offer a stable, ergonomic solution for ground-based shooting with the Mavic 4 Pro.
Built with a modular design, the system supports a variety of configurations to match your specific needs, whether you’re shooting handheld or mounting to a vehicle for dynamic 360° roller shots.

The base of the remote controller mount features a specialized clearance slot, allowing seamless integration of DJI audio accessories for high-quality, synced sound.

According to Tilta, its ultra-lightweight construction and tool-free assembly make it an ideal companion for mobile workflows, allowing for fast setup and breakdown in any environment.

Additional mounting points, such as a cold shoe receiver, 15mm rod, rosette, and 1/4″-20 threads with locating points, allow you to attach various accessories, such as on-board lights.
Price & Availability

The Tilta Handheld Support System for DJI Mavic 4 Pro is now available for $125 USD. For $125 USD it probably makes sense for anyone who owns a Mavic 4 Pro, as it’s a small price to pay for added versatility.
