At the upcoming IBC 2025 show in Amsterdam, Avid will be showcasing new AI & Automation Innovations for Media Composer, Pro Tools, and MediaCentral. These are all designed to deepen AI capabilities to give creators speedier delivery and reduced complexity.

Whether we like it or not, AI is transforming the media and entertainment industry, including production, post-production, and distribution. From accelerating routine edits and localization to opening new possibilities for collaboration and publishing, it is only going to become more prevalent. To deal with this, Avid’s strategy is to deliver trusted, integrated AI that enhances workflows without compromising creative control.

With a comprehensive set of built-in AI tools, automation engines, open APIs, and developer SDKs to allow low- or no-code customization, Avid will demonstrate how production houses, studios, broadcasters, newsmakers, and content creators can streamline labor-intensive processes, orchestrate intelligent workflows, and utilize open integrations that accelerate workflows from planning to postproduction.
