SmallRig has announced new FP-60 and FP-90 Quick-Setup Folding Parabolic Softboxes. These are universal Bowens S mount lighting modifiers, so they can be used with a wide array of products and brands.
They feature an upgraded quick-release umbrella structure that opens easily and folds in a single step.

There is dual-layer diffusion with a textured silver-metallic diffuser with a matte anti-glare coating that was designed for ultra-soft and even light dispersal.
They have sturdy stainless steel ribs that are claimed to be durable yet lightweight.
They fold flat for storage and transportation. The FP-60 is 64cm (25.2″) and 900g (31.7oz) when stored. The FP-90 Folding Parabolic Softbox is 90cm (35.4″) and 1200g (42.3oz) when stored.
You can also swap out the Bowens S mount if you need to use it with other lights by purchasing optional mounts.
In the kits, you get 2 diffusion cloths, a honeycomb grid, and a carrying bag.

The SmallRig FP-90 Quick-Setup Folding Parabolic Softbox will be $149.99 USD. I don’t currently have a price for the FP-60.
Orders for the U.S. are expected to start shipping on August 7th.
