Outings Schedule
U of T campus
On: 2010-Sep-19 Meetup @ 06:30
We will photograph some of the stately buildings at U of T. Start-up time will be early @ 6:30 am (sunrise @ 7:01 am) in order to catch the morning light. Meet-up will be @ Hart House. Alan Yuill will be there --- Alan has had experience photographing Hart House at that time of day. We will also be able to photograph University College, etc. and hopefully some of the campus life.
U of T campus a second time

This time we will photograph a different part of the U of T campus @ 0700 hours (sunrise @ 0734 hours). We will begin at Victoria College which is constructed from limestone of differing shades of pink. St. Michael's College will also be on the agenda. And then we can proceed to 'Philosopher's Walk' which winds from the NW corner of Bloor and University Avenue behind the Museum.
Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

There are Horse Show, Animal Show, and Agricultural Show competitors. We have not photographed this event before.
Night Photography

Photograph Queen's Park, a glass building on the north side of College just west of University Ave, street cars. Meet-up will be @ the intersection of College Street and University Ave @ 4:15 pm (sunset is at 4:41 pm).
Royal York Hotel Union Station etc

Photograph interior scenes of the Royal York Hotel, the interior of Union Station and the movement of people, and if we want to venture out into the cold we could photograph skaters at City Hall.
Riverdale Farm

Riverdale Farm is open 9am-5pm all year round. The weather may be cold but many club members have requested landscapes and hopefully there will be snow. Meet-up @ 0730 hours (sunrise @ 0736 hours).
Toronto Zoo

The weather may determine what area of the zoo to tackle. Meet-up @ the admissions gate
Toronto Skyline at twilight and at night

Meet-up @ the ferry docks @ 6:15 pm for the 6:30 pm ferry to Ward's Island (sunset is @ 7:49 pm). The last ferry leaves Ward's Island @ 11:00 pm.
